PT Sarana Multigriya Financial
(Persero) plans to issue bonds worth Rp 630 billion. Indonesian Central
Securities Depository (KSEI) notes, bonds titled Bond III Phase IV Means
Multigriya Financial Year 2016 will be divided into two series.
Details, Series A of Rp 330 billion
with a coupon of 8.6%. The instruments with 370 days will mature on March 21,
2017. Then, the series B Rp 300 billion with a coupon of 9.125%. Three-year
tenor bonds will expire on March 11, 2019.
The offering will take place on
March 4 to 7, 2016. Then allotment will be held on March 8, 2016. Therefore,
these bonds can be distributed electronically on March 11, 2016 and listed on
the Indonesia Stock Exchange on March 14, 2016.
The company will pay a coupon every
three months with the first interest payment falls on June 11, 2016. The
underwriters of the bond issuance are PT CIMB Securities Indonesia, PT Indo
Premier Securities, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas.
The issuance is part of a
sustainable public offering through Bond III Financial Means Multigriya with a
principal amount of Rp 6 trillion. Previously the company has launched the Bond
III Means Multigriya Financial Phase I in 2015 on July 7, 2015 amounting to Rp
500 billion, Bond III Means Multigriya Financial Phase II 2015 on 18 November
2015 as much as Rp 472 billion, and Bond III Means Multigriya Financial Phase
III of 2015 on December 23, 2015 as much as Rp 600 billion.
